You must request a kitchen if you want one with your room. ONE BEDROOM KITCHEN STUDIO WITH A FULL BED  For up to two guests (only) room rates are  $90.00 plus tax per night Sunday through Thursday and $100.00 plus tax Friday and Saturday.  This rate does increase during  certain holidays and special events. TWO BEDROOM UNITS WITH A QUEEN BED IN THE FRONT ROOM AND A DOUBLE BED IN THE BACK BEDROOM  For up to Two guests (only) room rates are $90.00 plus tax per night Sunday through Thursday and $100.00 plus tax Friday and Saturday. (THESE ROOMS DO NOT COME WITH A KITCHEN)  This rate does increase during certain holidays and special events. TWO BEDROOM  SUITE WITH A KITCHEN   These rooms accommodate up to 4 guests (only) and are $165.00 plus tax per night Sunday through Thursday and $165.00 plus tax Friday and Saturday. This rate does increase during certain holidays and special events. MOTEL POLICIES: We do not accept pets of any kind in the rooms or on the premises. Guests bringing pets on the premises will be charged an additional $150.00 and asked to leave without a refund. Pets are not allowed to be left locked in vehicles even on the street.  This will be considered cruelty to animals and will result in our staff calling the Humane Society. This is a family motel, loud or intoxicated guests will not be tolerated! They will be asked to leave without a refund.  This is a non smoking motel.  Absolutely no smoking of any substance in our rooms or on motel property. Guests smoking of any substance will be charged a $150.00 charge to their credit card and asked to leave without a refund. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at our motel.  (Absolutely no extra people other than what is stated on the registration card!)
